Closed Accounts
After you close your account:
- 30-90 Days: Grace period where you can recover your account and data
- After Grace Period: Most data is permanently deleted
- Exceptions: Some data may be retained longer for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes
Financial Records
Transaction records related to subscription payments may be retained for up to 7 years for tax, accounting, and legal compliance purposes.
Backup Data
Data in backups is retained for disaster recovery purposes and is automatically deleted according to our backup retention schedule (typically 30-90 days).

Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely for research and service improvement.
